Hey there, I’m Michelle. I’m all about building strong, welcoming communities and creating tech that feels personal. My journey has taken me through community management, web development, AI, and most recently, customer success — where I supported major enterprise clients at Opsgility, a Microsoft training partner. There, I focused on onboarding, coordinating live sessions, organizing training portals, and improving the user experience from end to end.
I thrive at the intersection of people and technology. Whether I’m launching live events, designing intuitive websites, or helping clients get the most out of their tools, I always aim to make things more human, more accessible, and more impactful.
