About Me
Hey, I'm Michelle. My background is a little unconventional, but it all ties together around one thing: keeping systems running smoothly for people who rely on them.
I spent over a decade in healthcare operations, supporting high-volume oncology environments where accuracy, coordination, and calm execution really mattered. I managed complex workflows, maintained compliance systems, trained staff, and kept things moving in high-pressure, time-sensitive settings.
From there, I moved into gaming and community operations, where I worked on live games, ran events, supported users, and helped translate player feedback into product improvements. That experience pulled me deeper into live operations, product thinking, and user experience.
Today, I'm focused on building web-based tools, interactive projects, and real-world systems like Puck in Play, a live arena display system used during hockey games, along with my Retro Game Hub, where I experiment with game design, UX, and engagement loops.
Going forward, I'm looking for opportunities in healthcare operations, event and venue operations, sports operations, live ops, or product-adjacent roles where people, systems, and real-time execution meet.
